Peaches

Here at Hallelujah Orchard we planted 150 trees in 2021 of which 100 are of the Contender variety, a sweet, delicious, yellow, freestone peach. We also planted 50 China Pearl peaches. China Pearl peaches are white and taste a little sweeter than the Contender peach. These trees are now in almost full product and will be mature in 2026.

In the normal course of events and depending on the weather, the Contender peach is ready for picking around the 10th of July and the China Pearl peach about a week later.

In 2022 we planted an additional 200 China Pearl Peaches and an additional 150 Contender peaches. These trees are now producing fruit for purchase but will come into full production in 2026/7.

In 2023 we planted another 50 peach trees of the Flaming Fury (giant) variety. These peaches should begin producing fruit in 2026 for purchase.

We are able to pick a very limited amount of fruit for local pickup / will call orders. If the web site indicates we are out of stock, please check back the following day as we will be replenishing the will-call inventory based on our ability to pick the fruit.
